I was blown away by the super friendly and helpful service earlier this week. My pram got a flat tyre and so I called Redcliffe Cycles to see if they repair pram tyres and they did. My newborn was asleep in the car and so one of the staff came out to the car out the front and took the pram off me so I didn't have to disturb my baby. When it was ready 30 minutes later he brought the pram back out to me with the portable eftpos machine so I could pay - again without disturbing my baby's sleep. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

All good, these guys have good mechanics and the service rate is reasonable. We've bought three bikes and a scooter from them over the years and will continue using them.
